Very poor communication from our service representative during our appointment today. We dropped off our 2022 4Runner off at 9:40 for a 10 AM appointment. After being told the work would take 1 hour to 1.5hours to complete we decided to wait until our service was complete. After about an 45 minutes we received a text recommending 3 additional services that were flagged during the 75K mile service inspection. All other inspections and services had already been completed. Two of the additional 3 recommended services were air filters and the 3rd was to flush the brake fluid. We approved the additional work immediately at about 10:30. At around 11:30 after asking for an ETA our representative tells us that flushing the brake fluid takes about 1.5 hours ( I call xx on that). By now I'm pretty upset that he didn't tell us that when we gave the ok for the additional work. I asked again at a little after 12:00 and was told it was coming down off the lift as we speak. Same at 12:15 and 12:35 We didn't end up getting out bill and keys until 1:00. Still no explanation and the worst possible communication.

I came in extremely stressed with a story too long to tell. Trever (Tedesco) was extremely patient and understanding. He was able to fix my issue and alleviate my angst. He was professional and calming. The general atmosphere was clean and pleasant.

The service advisor was attentive, friendly, and professional. She kept me informed regarding the status of my vehicle while ensuring all concerns were addressed. The wait was more than reasonable. I also enjoyed the waiting room amenities.

I was greeted within 5 minutes and drove in and was helped immediately by a service member. Within 3 1/2 hours I had 2 recalls done, oil change and tire rotation. I thought it would take all day, but did not!

Horrible. Tried to say I needed new brakes when they themselves replaced same brakes 12,months ago . Service advisors seemed to be unaware
