Service has always been very good. Today was Less satisfactory tha in the past. Felt like I was being sold on services. And they missed replacing my oil sticker for the next service.

I have purchased several vehicles from the dealership and all have been satisfactory transactions until now. I just purchased a new 2026 vehicle and the experience was very unsatisfactory. The actual sale process was fine but when we arrived at the dealership to complete the purchase the experience was terrible. I visited the dealership on a Saturday before the schedule closing to inspect the car and complete as much paper work as possible so the closing on Monday would be quick. I expressed our request for a quick closing on Saturday and again on Monday morning the day of the closing. The sale person had scheduled another delivery for the same time and had two closing going on. We again expressed our request for a quick closing. That request went unheeded and 4 hours later we left with our car. The sales person did not even take the time to show us how the systems and dials of the car worked. It was all very frustrating and the lack of concern by the dealer to our request for a quick closing was just rude. It was a cheap feeling experience

Non stop issues with the vehicle I bought from them. Fix some issues and recalls. They should have bought this truck back when they realized they sold trucks with bad engines.

Imagine you had hip surgery and haven’t driven you car for two months. Twice it wouldn’t start so you call Triple A to tow it to dealership. It also needs inspection. You don’t want to worry about your hip AND your car so you trust the service dept to do the right thing. When I walked with my cane I the service guy had someone drive my car to me so I wouldn’t have to walk far. Let me say that my 3 year old car runs like it’s brand new! I hope me hip does the same. Thank you Ira employees. Everyone I met was so polite.

I don't know if anyone enjoys car shopping but I know I don't. This experience may have been the exception. I found everyone at IRA Toyota to be helpful and professional and knowledgeable. Patrick Carpenter , in particular , assisted me throughout the entire process. He explained paperwork and processes in the simple straightforward manner without sales pressure or stress. Pat was friendly and helpful. I now see this company as my "go to" source for future vehicles.
